Welcome to Just Start Gigging, operated by Junot Music Media LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase and use of products offered through it.

1. Digital Products
Products sold through Just Start Gigging may include downloadable digital materials, including You Don't Have to Be Amazing to Gig.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products are delivered electronically and no physical product will be shipped.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining the equipment, software, and internet access necessary to download and use the product.
2. Personal-Use License
When you purchase a digital product from Just Start Gigging, you are purchasing a license for your personal use only. Ownership and intellectual-property rights in the product are not transferred to you.
You may download and store a copy for your own personal use.
You may not, without prior written permission:
- Copy or distribute the product to others.
- Upload or share the product publicly or privately online.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the product.
- Reproduce substantial portions of the product in another publication, course, website, video, or other product.
- Remove or alter copyright or ownership notices.
In plain English: buying one copy doesn't give you permission to give copies away or sell the material as your own.
3. Payments
Prices are displayed at checkout before purchase. Applicable taxes may be calculated and added based on the purchaser's location.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not directly store your complete payment-card information.
4. Refunds
Because our digital products are delivered electronically and may be available immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
5. No Guarantee of Gigs or Income
Just Start Gigging provides educational information based on real-world experience in live music and entertainment.
